Moore Park

Just South of Paddington is the sporting centre of Sydney, Moore Park. Aptly named after Mayor Charles Moore of Sydney from 1867 to 1869, who fought for the land to be dedicated as a leisure area for the people of Sydney. This park is one of the Centennial Parklands and is located walking distance to the South East of Sydneys CBD .
